The location of Hotel-Garni Pramstraller is quite convenient for skiing, with quick access to the gondola after a short walk. I stayed in a Single Room with Balcony, which offered a lovely spot to relax. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. it had a variety of options, and I appreciated the vegan yogurt and milk they provided. Check-in was easy, and I found the room clean and spacious with a flat-screen TV offering several English channels. the reception desk only operates during the day, leaving guests to fend for themselves at night, which felt a bit awkward. A major downside was the lack of proper heating during the summer. my room was consistently cold at night. The rude behavior of the manager was disappointing, especially after a nice stay. His aggressive approach when I overslept left a bad taste in my mouth. I really wanted to enjoy my last day, but I was ushered out hastily without time to pack my belongings comfortably. I encountered frequent cigarette smoke in the lobby, which was very annoying. while the hotel has its perks, particularly the breakfast and room cleanliness, some management issues and comfort concerns would prevent me from returning.

The location is top-notch for skiers, with bus and train stations just a couple of minutes away, making it easy to explore the slopes. The rooms are not just clean, but cozy, ensuring a comfortable return after a long day on the mountains.
The lack of a restaurant is a bummer, forcing you to venture elsewhere for meals. the reception service is only available during the day. at night, you must use a door card, and their coffee & soft drink options are pretty basic. On top of that, some guests had issues with noise complaints and the management's handling of situations, which could leave a sour taste during your stay.

Breakfast was excellent with vegan options. Security felt lacking due to the single key per room policy.

Had a great time with friends! The location is solid for easy access to the slopes, and we visited some awesome spots nearby. Breakfast is decent, and the rooms are spacious and tidy, perfect for unwinding after a long day outdoors.
The manager was really unprofessional. On our last day, he barged in to scold me about oversleeping without any notice. It left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise fun trip.

Recommend it for couples
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating they even got us vegan options for breakfast without us asking. And there’s a nice little area in the room where you can chill with a glass of wine after a long day on the slopes
It wasn’t cheap but still fine for what we got

Breakfast was really great! They even went out of their way to get us vegan options. The staff was friendly, happy to let me practice my German, and friendly people, nice to chat with after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
